Prior to hiring, a thorough background check and a comprehensive interview with AMS management are mandatory. Collection or customer service experience in commercial collections is preferred, but we will properly train the right candidate.
To reinforce initial training, weekly meetings are held to address questions, provide updates about new or pending laws and procedures, and to relay other pertinent information necessary to maximize staff performance.

We are licensed in all states that require a license and carry an Omissions Insurance policy.
